Shipping Methods & Rates
- We offer shipping via Courier Post within New Zealand with tracking provided.
- New Zealand: Free tracked shipping on all orders.
- Australia: DHL Express shipping is NZ$20 for orders below NZ$280, and free for orders of NZ$280 or more.
- Shipping to other destinations is calculated at checkout. All amounts above are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- New Zealand: Usually overnight after dispatch, approximately 2–4 business days in total including dispatch.
- Australia: Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch, approximately 2–6 business days in total including dispatch (varies by destination).
Any delays by the courier service is not our responsibility.
Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
