Gilded Hour Assurance
All watches are curated second hand timepieces, in confirmed working condition and sold as is. Long term accuracy cannot be guaranteed, but each watch is tested for at least 72 hours prior to dispatch.
All pieces leave our studio in running condition. Very rarely, a vintage movement may be affected during transit due to vibration or rough freight handling. This is an inherent characteristic of vintage timepieces and is outside our direct control.
Expect imperfections as description is made as accurate as possible but is not always 100% accurate. Be sure to check all photos.
We do not generally accept returns, or cancellations. But we will always strive to help you on a case by case basis. For more information, please head to our policy page.
