A slender Gucci 2600L shaped around a beautifully balanced green and white dial. A deep muted green border surrounds the lightly textured centre, punctuated by elongated gold Roman numerals that give the watch the composed symmetry of a miniature framed panel. The long rectangular case is defined by strong parallel edges and gently projecting lugs, creating a formal silhouette that feels closer to a piece of jewellery than a conventional round watch. Gold sword shaped hands add a sharp decorative accent, while the black leather strap keeps the richer dial and gold tone case visually contained.

Its design sits within the revivalist classicism seen throughout late century fashion, when Roman numerals, framed surfaces and formal proportions returned in a cleaner, more streamlined form. Rather than reproducing an antique watch directly, the 2600L translates those traditional details into something slim, graphic and distinctly Gucci.
