An inky burgundy dial sits inside a stepped rectangular frame, its colour shifting from wine to near black as the light changes. Four block markers anchor the cardinal points, while fine baton indexes and a sculptural set of gold tone hands give the face an unexpectedly graphic centre.

The bracelet is the real point of view: a tightly woven gold tone mesh that widens into the case, finished with rows of raised geometric links at either end. At 15.2mm wide, it wears more like a piece of jewellery than a conventional watch, with enough colour for evening clothes but a scale that remains composed beside everyday tailoring.
