Early Seiko Exceline design is defined by precision at miniature scale, and this piece captures it beautifully. Its champagne dial has a fine woven linen texture that shifts softly in the light, interrupted only by slim applied markers and matching gold tone hands. The 20mm gold filled case is drawn into a rounded tonneau shape, with open pointed lugs adding a sharper architectural note.
A new aftermarket black leather strap gives the warm dial and gold filled case a clean graphic frame. The slim profile keeps the watch jewellery like, while the black stone set into the crown adds a discreet point of contrast when viewed from the side. The strap fits wrists up to 17cm and closes with a gold tone pin buckle.

Gilded Hour Assurance
All watches are curated second hand timepieces, in confirmed working condition and sold as is. Long term accuracy cannot be guaranteed, but each watch is tested for at least 72 hours prior to dispatch.
All pieces leave our studio in running condition. Very rarely, a vintage movement may be affected during transit due to vibration or rough freight handling. This is an inherent characteristic of vintage timepieces and is outside our direct control.
Expect imperfections as description is made as accurate as possible but is not always 100% accurate. Be sure to check all photos.
We do not generally accept returns, or cancellations. But we will always strive to help you on a case by case basis. For more information, please head to our policy page.
The Gilded Hour is a NZ based collection of curated ladies watches.
