This piece has a flare of sport whilst keeping it classy. It has the confident jewellery language of a late century casual watch, built around movement, shine and bracelet form rather than a plain round case. The watch is not trying to be minimal. Its character comes from the two tone wave bracelet, where polished silver tone links are edged with warm gold tone curves, creating a continuous ripple from case to clasp.
The dial is clean and softly restrained by comparison. A pale silver white face sits within a gold tone bezel, with slim gold tone hour markers, matching hands, and a date window at 3 o’clock. The Seiko signature sits beneath 12, with SQ50 printed above 6. The dial keeps the watch grounded and legible, while the bracelet carries the visual drama.

Gilded Hour Assurance
All watches are curated second hand timepieces, in confirmed working condition and sold as is. Long term accuracy cannot be guaranteed, but each watch is tested for at least 72 hours prior to dispatch.
All pieces leave our studio in running condition. Very rarely, a vintage movement may be affected during transit due to vibration or rough freight handling. This is an inherent characteristic of vintage timepieces and is outside our direct control.
Expect imperfections as description is made as accurate as possible but is not always 100% accurate. Be sure to check all photos.
We do not generally accept returns, or cancellations. But we will always strive to help you on a case by case basis. For more information, please head to our policy page.
The Gilded Hour is a NZ based collection of curated ladies watches.
