Seiko’s Tissé line understood that a small watch could hold its own as jewellery. This 1993 example centres a pale champagne dial beneath a rounded crystal, using a single sculpted 12 and tapered gold tone markers to give the face rhythm without crowding it. The warm, almost pearled surface keeps the design soft while the black Seiko and Tissé signatures add definition.
The bracelet carries the character. Polished links are divided by narrow centre bars and open pockets, creating a geometric pattern that catches light more like a chain than a conventional watch bracelet. It meets the case without visible lugs, so the whole piece reads as one continuous object around the wrist: composed with tailoring, expressive beside fine gold jewellery.

Gilded Hour Assurance
All watches are curated second hand timepieces, in confirmed working condition and sold as is. Long term accuracy cannot be guaranteed, but each watch is tested for at least 72 hours prior to dispatch.
All pieces leave our studio in running condition. Very rarely, a vintage movement may be affected during transit due to vibration or rough freight handling. This is an inherent characteristic of vintage timepieces and is outside our direct control.
Expect imperfections as description is made as accurate as possible but is not always 100% accurate. Be sure to check all photos.
We do not generally accept returns, or cancellations. But we will always strive to help you on a case by case basis. For more information, please head to our policy page.
The Gilded Hour is a NZ based collection of curated ladies watches.
