A pale mother-of-pearl dial gives this 1993 Seiko Tissé its softness. Rather than a conventional sunburst, the surface breaks into irregular, cloud-like reflections beneath simple gold-tone batons and a small round marker at twelve. Slender hands and a compact round case keep the face precise, leaving the bracelet to carry the ornament.

The bracelet is formed from overlapping leaf-shaped links, closely layered like a laurel branch. Matching split lugs draw the pattern directly into the case, allowing the watch to read as one continuous piece of jewellery rather than a dial placed on a separate band. Decorative from every angle, but balanced by the restrained dial.
